Clear expectations

Terms that keep expectations clear

This overview explains the basic expectations for using Zodico, including conduct, subscriptions and the limits of astrology, tarot and AI-guided reflection.

What the terms are trying to cover

The goal is not to bury people in language. It is to make the product boundaries obvious.

Use the app and website responsibly

Zodico is built for reflection, ritual and moderated community participation. Harassment, abuse, fraud, spam or illegal activity are outside those boundaries.

Understand how subscriptions work

Paid features and store billing follow the relevant app-store rules. If you have a billing question, start with the store and then use the Contact page if you still need help.

Treat the content as reflective guidance

Astrology, tarot and AI-guided interpretation are not medical, legal or financial advice and should not be used as substitutes for those forms of professional support.

Respect the community rules

If you post, comment or message inside Zodico, the Community Guidelines explain the moderation expectations in more detail.

Practical expectations for using Zodico

The product is designed to support reflection. That means the content should be approached as personal guidance, ritual and journaling support rather than as guaranteed outcomes. A horoscope, tarot spread, dream interpretation or compatibility reading can help you notice patterns and think more clearly, but it does not replace judgment, conversation or professional expertise.

If you participate in the community side of the app, you are also expected to treat other people respectfully. Zodico is not an anything-goes platform. Moderation exists for a reason, and repeated or serious violations can lead to content removal or account-level action. The public Community Guidelines and Editorial Policy explain the tone and product boundaries more directly.

For store purchases, renewals or cancellation questions, the governing platform still matters. The website can explain the product, but billing mechanics are often controlled by Apple or Google on mobile. If you need account-level help beyond that, the Contact page is the best route.
