How to delete your Zodico account

Account deletion is available inside the app. This page keeps the official steps public for compliance, explains what to check before deleting and provides a fallback support route if app access is unavailable.

Delete the account inside the app

Use the in-app path whenever you still have access to the account.

  1. Open the Zodico app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Main Menu and go to Settings.
  3. Find Delete Account and tap it.
  4. Read the warning carefully and confirm the deletion request.
  5. After confirmation, the account and associated account data are deleted or scheduled for deletion or anonymization according to the applicable privacy handling for the service.

What to check before deleting

Account deletion is irreversible. Once the deletion has been confirmed, access to the account and its associated materials may be permanently lost.

If there is an active subscription, cancel the subscription first through the relevant app-store billing settings. Deleting the account should not be treated as a substitute for store-level cancellation, and no refund is implied by deleting an account during an active subscription period.

If you are unsure about the billing status, check the Apple or Google subscription settings first, then return to the app and delete the account afterward.

If you cannot access the app

The public fallback route exists for users who cannot sign in.

General support fallback

Email zodico@rodlen.com from the address associated with the account and state that you want the account deleted.

Subscription reminder

If the account had an active subscription, cancel auto-renewal first in Google Play or Apple ID settings before requesting deletion.
